JJ Wan Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and JJ Wan ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of jjwan.best — including registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

JJ Wan reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, JJ Wan will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing JJ Wan from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction where the platform is available. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall take precedence.

2Eligibility

Access to JJ Wan is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must meet all of them to register and maintain an active account.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JJ Wan does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances. If there is any doubt about a player's age, JJ Wan will request identity verification documents before allowing further activity on that account.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate or legal entities may not register player accounts at JJ Wan.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or operating your JJ Wan account.
• You confirm that the funds you deposit and wager at JJ Wan originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

JJ Wan reserves the right to request proof of eligibility — including identity documents, proof of address, and source of funds documentation — from any player at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3Accounts

Each player may hold only one account at JJ Wan. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If JJ Wan identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and any winnings generated through the duplicate account may be voided.

Account Registration

When you register at JJ Wan you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number. You must keep this information current. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held on the account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your JJ Wan login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. JJ Wan will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact JJ Wan support immediately.

• All activity carried out under your JJ Wan account credentials — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility.
• JJ Wan accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials or failing to log out of a shared device.
• JJ Wan may suspend or close an account if there are reasonable grounds to believe it has been compromised, fraudulently accessed, or used in violation of these Terms.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your JJ Wan account at any time by contacting support. Any available balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard identity checks are completed. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened after a seven-day cooling-off period, subject to the player confirming they still meet eligibility requirements.

4Deposits

All deposits at JJ Wan are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. JJ Wan does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside JJ Wan's control.

Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are not permitted at JJ Wan and will be returned to the originating account. JJ Wan reserves the right to request proof that a payment method belongs to you before processing withdrawals to that method.

5Withdrawals

JJ Wan processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed in PKR. There are no JJ Wan-side fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Requests submitted outside of business hours or during peak periods may take up to 24 hours. JJ Wan does not guarantee processing times during system maintenance windows, national holidays, or periods of unusually high transaction volume.

• JJ Wan may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a verified payment method belonging to the account holder. JJ Wan will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• If a bonus was claimed before the withdrawal request, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully met before any balance attributed to that bonus can be withdrawn.
• JJ Wan reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests at any time. This may include requesting source of funds documentation for large amounts.
• Players who have not placed any real-money bets after their last deposit may find their withdrawal subject to processing review to confirm compliance with anti-fraud requirements.

6Bonuses & Promotions

JJ Wan offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the bonus is claimed, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at JJ Wan carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must bet before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 30,000 before the bonus-related balance is eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each individual promotion page at JJ Wan.

• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Live casino and sportsbook contributions are specified per promotion. Always check before claiming a bonus if you intend to play specific games.
• Bonus funds and free bets expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without exception.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players found attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through multiple accounts — will have the bonus voided and their account reviewed.
• Bonus abuse, including exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their spirit, is grounds for bonus cancellation and may result in account restriction.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed at JJ Wan are final once confirmed. JJ Wan does not cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described below. It is your responsibility to check your selections before confirming a bet.

Void Bets and Refunds

JJ Wan will void a bet — and return the stake to the player's balance — in the following circumstances:

• A sporting event is postponed before it commences, and is not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time.
• A match is abandoned before the minimum completion criteria have been met (typically 75 minutes of play for 90-minute football matches).
• A technical error causes a game round to be incomplete or to return an incorrect result. JJ Wan will review such cases and restore affected balances.
• Odds or lines were published due to a manifest error (palpable error). JJ Wan reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and specific market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. JJ Wan reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players based on account history, verification status, or risk management considerations.

Live Betting

In-play bets at JJ Wan are accepted subject to a short processing delay to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. JJ Wan reserves the right to reject any in-play bet if the outcome is already materially determined at the time the bet was submitted.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at JJ Wan. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, winnings voided, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening or operating more than one JJ Wan account, regardless of the identity used.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or identity verification.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the JJ Wan platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through an identified error must be returned.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed at JJ Wan.
• Conspiring with other players to extract value from promotions or betting markets in a coordinated manner (syndicate bonus abuse, arbitrage betting against JJ Wan's interests).
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including making deposits with no genuine intention to play and requesting immediate withdrawal.
• Attempting to access another player's JJ Wan account or any part of the platform's back-end infrastructure without authorisation.

JJ Wan reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of these prohibitions in its reasonable judgment. Players who believe their account has been actioned in error may submit a complaint through the standard support channels.

9Privacy & Data

JJ Wan collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using JJ Wan you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

JJ Wan uses your personal information to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. JJ Wan does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and JJ Wan servers is encrypted using TLS. Payment credentials are handled by certified payment gateways and are never stored on JJ Wan's own servers. 10Responsible Gaming

JJ Wan takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity and prevent problem gambling from developing.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR caps on how much you can deposit into your JJ Wan account. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased without a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once reached, further play is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. JJ Wan will notify you when the limit is approaching and log you out when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from JJ Wan for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account remains active but login is suspended for the duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from JJ Wan. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of six months and takes effect within 24 hours of the request being submitted.

11Limitation of Liability

JJ Wan provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While JJ Wan takes reasonable technical measures to maintain uptime and data integrity, the platform is not guaranteed to be error-free or uninterrupted. JJ Wan accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or technical failures outside JJ Wan's direct control.

JJ Wan's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the incident, or (b) Rs 50,000. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct by JJ Wan.

JJ Wan accepts no liability for any consequential, indirect, special, or punitive loss arising from your use of the platform. All gaming and betting activity carries inherent financial risk, which is accepted by the player at the time of placing each bet.

12Changes to These Terms

JJ Wan may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable laws, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

For significant changes, JJ Wan will notify registered players via email or in-app notification with at least seven days' notice before the new Terms take effect. For minor corrections or clarifications that do not affect player rights, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of JJ Wan after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using JJ Wan and contact support to close your account and arrange withdrawal of your remaining balance.
